Beware of Pop-Up Messages asking for Account Information. The FDIC has issued a warning about an Internet scam where a "pop-up" message appears on the screen asking for the user's bank account. If the user enters his or her account information, it is sent to a hacker (Not The Bank), who will then use the information to withdraw money electronically from the account.
Lena State Bank emphasizes that WE WILL NEVER ASK YOU FOR ACCOUNT INFORMATION EITHER ONLINE OR VIA E-MAIL. If you experience such a request for account information, please do not answer, and call the bank immediately at 815-369-4901.
At Lena State Bank, the security and integrity of our customers' accounts and transactions are a top priority. To protect your personal information we require 128-bit encryption to use our Digital Banking Systems. We also have enhanced security with multi-factor authentication.
By logging into the Lena State Bank Digital Banking site, you agree to comply with all applicable terms and conditions of the application agreement.
